Sound familiar?
Every marriage moves through seasons. Once you can name yours, you know what to do next.
Our approach
Most couples don't need more information. They need a clearer way to understand what's happening between them.
The New Rhythm Method helps you slow down, recognize the season your marriage is in, and make intentional changes without blame, panic, or trying to fix everything at once. It's rooted in faith, shaped by our own story, and informed by trauma research, neuroscience, Choice Theory, and the Gottman Method.
How it works
Request a time and answer a few short questions. We'll confirm within two business days, then you'll meet Shelly or Jason and ask anything. Nothing to commit to.
A one-hour video session to understand your season and set a starting rhythm. We'll talk it through on your call.
If coaching is right for you, we'll build a plan together: how many sessions, and how often. Every session is by video.

Who it's for

Coaching, not therapy. We're coaches, not therapists. If something else would serve you better, we'll tell you plainly. If you're in danger or afraid of your partner, please call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233, or call or text 988 if you're in crisis.
